2025 Annual Meeting of the Members
In accordance with the Bylaws of the Greens at Ventana Canyon Condominium Association, the 2025 Annual Meeting of the Members will be held as follows:

Time: 4:00 p.m. Mountain Time – Arizona
Members received a copy of the agenda, the ballot for the Election of Directors, candidate statements, draft minutes of the 2024 Annual Meeting, and 2024 Financial Information via email on December 19, 2024. To establish the required quorum for this meeting, members must return their ballot via one of the delivery methods designated on the ballot. Owners’ votes for one candidate and approval of the minutes will establish a quorum for this meeting, allowing the Association to conduct its business. ALL BALLOTS MUST BE RECEIVED AT THE HOA OFFICE NO LATER THAN NOON MOUNTAIN TIME – ARIZONA ON MONDAY, JANUARY 20, 2025 to be counted at the meeting on Tuesday, January 21, 2025.
