The Articles of Incorporation for the Greens at Ventana Canyon Condominium Association (GVCCA) were filed with the Arizona Corporation Commission on August 29, 2005. The Association is organized exclusively to provide for the acquisition, construction, management, maintenance and care of Association property; preservation, architectural control and enforcement of covenants, conditions and restrictions; to promote the health, safety and welfare of the Unit Owners; and to have and exercise any and all powers, rights, and privileges on the real property described in the Declaration and all rights imposed on or granted to the Association by the Condominium Documents.

It is the responsibility of all Unit Owners to familiarize themselves with and abide by the governing documents of the Association.
