TILE ROOF REPLACEMENT PROJECT (Updated on 05.16.24): 

  • Buildings 1-10 W: Complete.  
  • Building 11 W: Phase 1 (tile tear-off; prep for new tile installation) is underway at Building 11 W. 
  • Building 12 W: Complete. 
  • Building 13 W: The tile roof project is scheduled to be completed at Bldg. 13 W following the completion of work at Bldg. 11 W. 

FLAT ROOF RESTORATION & RECOATING PROJECT (Updated 05.16.24):

  • Building 1 E: Awaiting final inspection. 
  • Building 2 E: Scheduled to be completed in May-June 2024. 
  • Building 3 E: Awaiting final inspection. 
  • Building 4 E: Scheduled to be completed in May-June 2024. 
  • Building 5 E: Prep phase is underway.  
  • Building 6 E: Prep phase is underway. 
  • Building 7 E: Awaiting final inspection.
