Open Meeting of the BOD

The Open BOD meeting will be held via Zoom on Tuesday, May 13, 2025. The meeting will start at 4:00 p.m. MT – AZ.

Unit Owners recently received an agenda and Zoom invitation for the meeting and will receive a reminder on the day of the meeting.

Along with the business conducted by the Board, the end of each Open BOD meeting includes an opportunity for homeowners to participate in an Open Forum. The Board welcomes owners to contribute questions or discussion topics for the forum portion of the meeting in advance or to introduce them during the forum. If your questions or topics require research, submitting them before the meeting improves the Board’s ability to address them fully during the Open Forum.
