Open BOD Meeting

The Open BOD meeting will be held via Zoom on Tuesday, October 14, 2025. The meeting will start at 4:00 p.m. MT – AZ.

Unit Owners will receive an agenda and Zoom invitation via email.

Along with the business conducted by the Board, the end of each Open BOD meeting includes an opportunity for homeowners to participate in an Open Forum. The Board welcomes owners to contribute questions or discussion topics for the forum portion of the meeting in advance or to introduce them during the forum. If your questions or topics require research, submitting them before the meeting improves the Board’s ability to address them fully during the Open Forum.
